• Develop alternative solutions to problems
• Provide periodic cost and market analysis
• Evaluate programs to determine appropriate solutions in the contents of current norms
• Analyze trends, and evaluate objectives in light of internal and external forces
• Assist with administration, billing and claim problems when necessary
• Provide ongoing support and plan interpretation on benefit and claim issues
• Monitor plan utilization
• Assist with requested budget projects
• Provide strategic planning and perform cost analysis to assist in the budgetary process
• Organize, arrange, coordinate and evaluate health fairs and open enrollments
• Develop questions/answers for Health Fairs
• Perform employer and employee benefit reviews to evaluate the performance and perception of the benefit program
• Perform Human Resource Surveys to assess how the plan is running from the administrator’s perspective
• Develop appropriate employee communications materials when required
• Review corporate policies and procedures to assure continuity with employee benefit program
• Assist Management in identifying weaknesses and problems and help focus on what must be accomplished
• Evaluate Human Resource policy and procedures to assure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
• Prepare Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manuals so managers know how to manage and employees know what is expected of them.
• Integrate the Human Resource Document with actual practices to reduce possible conflicts and potential litigation.
